The MeLuna High Cervix Cup combines a Standard Height MeLuna cup with our easy-to-grip Ring Handle and a removable Nupsi extension that adds reach when you need it. Choose Classic or Sport firmness for the cup body when selecting your variant.
Made in Germany from medical-grade TPE, MeLuna is both silicone-free and latex-free.
Your firmness and color selections apply to the cup body only. Choose Classic or Sport firmness and your preferred available cup color in the variant options.
The Nupsi extension handle is always Classic firmness for comfort, including when you choose a Sport cup body. It is currently available only in purple, regardless of the cup body color you select.
A high cervix means your cervix sits farther up in the vaginal canal. During your period, that can leave a menstrual cup sitting higher than expected and make the handle difficult to reach.
Instead of requiring you to use an unnecessarily large cup just to gain length, the MeLuna High Cervix model separates cup size from handle reach. Choose the cup diameter that fits your body, then use the Nupsi extension to add the reach you need.
The Nupsi attaches to the MeLuna Ring Handle to provide additional reach. The extension can add up to approximately 55 mm of additional length, making this our longest menstrual cup handle configuration.
You can customize the extension length if needed rather than living with more length than feels comfortable.
The Nupsi extension is made in Classic firmness for comfort and is currently available only in purple. Selecting Sport firmness or a different color changes the cup body only.

One of the advantages of the MeLuna High Cervix system is that you do not have to use cup diameter as a substitute for length.
MeLuna Standard Height cups come in four diameters. Choose the diameter that makes sense for your fit and flow needs, while the Ring Handle + Nupsi extension provides the additional reach for your high cervix.
MeLuna Classic offers a balance of flexibility and support. It is easier to fold and compress than our firmer Sport model while still having enough resilience to open after insertion.
Classic can be a good choice for everyday use if you do not need the additional compression resistance of MeLuna Sport.
MeLuna Sport is our firmest option. Its cup body resists compression more strongly than Classic, which may help if your pelvic muscles compress a more flexible cup and cause leaks during activity.
Sport can require more effort to compress and release the seal during removal. Choose it for the cup body’s compression resistance.
The Ring Handle gives the Nupsi extension a secure attachment point while also providing a defined grip when the extension is not needed.
Its open shape makes it easy to locate by touch and provides more of a hold than our low-profile Ball Handle.
