How to Use Milton Tabs with a Menstrual Cup

1. Clean and rinse your menstrual cup.
2. Dissolve 1 Milton Mini Tablet for every 60 mL of cold water. For example, use 2 tablets with 120 mL of water. Let the tablets dissolve fully.
3. Fully immerse the cup and release any trapped air bubbles.
4. Leave the cup immersed for at least 15 minutes. Then remove it, rinse it, and let it dry completely before storing. Do not store the cup in the solution.
5. Discard the solution after 24 hours. Follow the package directions for any other use and disposal instructions.
