Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing info@mcivorsales.com. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Return Eligibility

Items returned because of a change of mind must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized or custom-made products, items clearly marked final sale before purchase, and opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for a change of mind. These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include a description and clear photos when possible.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or a refund is required by law.
